Major matters Program

Major Matters combines state-of-the-art aptitude testing and personal coaching to help high school students make informed decisions about their future careers.  The program is designed to complement information and services provided by the student’s high school counselors. 

Potential benefits include:

• Create curiosity and career awareness.
• Develop a data-driven process for evaluating potential majors and/or careers.
• Reduce the stress and anxiety associated with college or career decisions.

Many young adults are frustrated and dissatisfied with their career prospects.  Perhaps they weren’t ready for college, or maybe they graduated with a degree they aren’t using. Chances are they have earned some credits and/or valuable work experience along the way. Research shows people are happiest with their career when they are able to use their natural strengths daily.  Boost! combines state-of-the-art aptitude testing and personal coaching to help individuals make informed decisions about their future careers.
